One year and 12 days. And it feels great. Good luck on your journey. But remember to take it one day at a time. You don’t have to quit drinking for a year today! My biggest tool is coming on here to the Daily Gratitude list. EVERY FREAKIN MORNING. I have so much to be grateful for when I’m sober.

3 going on 4 . Getting a little worried about the side effects. I havent been sober in more then 15yrs. However so far I feel great!

I have just kicked over 1000 days, but continue to do this program one day at a time, keep up the great work 2 weeks is a great achievement. Some of the older sober members in my home group have been sober longer than I have been alive. One day I hope to be that person.
