I think our bodies remember what it felt like to be drink and hungover and there were emotions attached. So there might be triggers

Today is my 95th day…longest I’ve been sober in 4 years…the last time I tried to stop was a year ago and it lasted 90 days when my first dog I actually owned as an adult passed away and I went and bought a bottle…was a terrible experience and I turned to alcohol…
