176 days. Life on life’s terms is the hardest part for me. I wasted so much time. It feels good to make it this far though. Every day is a win.

148 days. This I know is great. Folks closest to me not acknowledging the tough times when slippages could occur 
. I am my sole supporter most of the time . TS EXCLUDED

Rest and sleep and stay hydrated @4649Tobeme-now and have some easily digestible food if you can.
Your body works hard to get rid of alcohol and it’s break down products.
