Im 1 year 5 months and 16 days sober from opiates and after a recent 8 month period where my drinking got out of hand i am now 10 days sober from that as well!! I was so worried about withdrawal but apparently my body was like āwe got youā. I al grateful for that and how good i feel. Now i can focus on losing the weight i gained from drinking so much and focus on healing. In therapy and seeing a dr. Next week to get a physical and all the tests done that ive not gotten recently to make sure i take care of myself the way I deserve to be taken care.

2,309 days non drinking or smoking for me,still using nicotine gum,ive cut right down on it though but im not ready just yet to have another go at quitting,hopefully wonāt be long though

It just occurred to me I havenāt checked my app and when I did I realized itās been 49 days since my last drink. Wowā¦Iām pleasantly surprised. Iāve been focused on my prayer life and living well. I think Iāll continue with that. I hope everyone is doing well
