I, too drank well over 1/2 my life. close to 4/5 of my life. Young sobriety is cool.

Edit: I see you struggle with self harm. It’s great that you are recognizing a need to stop the behavior now!

Been drinking most of adult life with a nosedive in self control for the past 4 or so.
Kind of had a flash through of events throughout my life while trying to sleep last night realising that I’ve more than likely been able to qualify as alcoholic for more than that 4 yrs.
