A huge congrats on your sober journey! Change up your routine so that you are doing different things and your mind can re-wire and not associate tasks with drinking. Keep yourself busy - make a plan and surround yourself with support. I love this community / forum. It has been a wonderful life savor for me.

Gives me distractions with the “just for fun” threads, Loads of great threads to connect with others on to stay accountable and ahead of my addiction. Amazing advice on here to and a way to not feel lost as we can connect with others who are on the same journey!

The gratitude thread is also a game changer as it helps change your mindset.
