Hey sometimes you just have to share your worries to process them! In general, I think sometimes we can build things up in our mind where they become their own kind of monster! That’s a good list too! You definitely have this.
And look, maybe you’ll end up with a funny story like me, where in I had a trip planned to go out of town for a week the next morning, and I kept asking the docs at the ER when I could go because I had a flight to catch, and they were like, “You’re literally in the hospital…” Just so you know, I did make my morning flight, and yes I was in crazy pain, but I was also out of it with the medication they gave me. This was in the before times of my addiction issues. The only time I’ve ever taken a wheel chair to the plane. 
Everyone was so nice to me. I only realized later that day that I was literally gray.

I think you will be okay, though. Make sure that you rest if you do have pain. Prepare for the possibility of being laid out for a couple of days, so that if it happens, everything will be set in order. Depending on the medication you take for pain, have some Miralax on hand to take on the days you take it (if it is of the narcotic kind), but hopefully that won’t be necessary. Also, I hear prune juice is good for helping them pass, though I decided I’d rather be in pain than drink prune juice.

Thank you so much, i am scared of the pain but as you said i could build that up in my head into a monster if i allow it…me doing that wont do anything at all to the actual outcome and is just the fiction of my brain lol im sure its horrendous but i cant change that either so i will get on with my life and whatever happens happens i shall just have to deal with it
