HI, i have not been on here for a while. Why would i be on here if i was drinking ?
9 days today sober from alcohol. I missed coming on here, but i felt ashamed to be on here if i had drinks the night before. So anyways I’m back day 9. Hope everyone is doing well

Welcome back Izzy, glad you finally made it back to us. There is no need for shame, we are here to help and listen. There is also a “seeking help” section for those who are still drinking.

Welcome back. I also stopped coming back every time I drank. I know the shame you are describing. Feels good to wake up sober and know I can come here guilt free.
