I relapsed from 30 days

It is important to feel connected during recovery and that is why meetings or recovery groups are so essential if you don’t have any other form of support at home. A in real life connection with others going through the same thing.
You made it to 30 days - do you know what caused you to relapse? Use the strength and the tools you have acquired and get back to your day 1.

I find that being active here and checking in daily (sometimes multiple times in a day) and practicing gratitude really helps keep me positive and sober.
