There are also recovery groups listed at that link. Those were a lifesaver for me.
Matt makes a great point. Just focus on putting your head on the pillow sober just for tonight. And then do it again the next day. One day at a time. The days will stack up before you know it.

Welcome!! Focus on today, just get thru today sober. Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Read and interact here, lots of experience and wisdom on this forum…dig around for it…it will keep you busy. If possible get outside in the sun and nature. Focus on today. Hope to see you around!
