I'm having a weak moment

Day 6 and I’m tweaking for coke, I’m about to just lay down and take a nap and beat this craving because if I give in I would not have 6 days under my belt. And to be honest, I’m tired of starting over. Pray for me because I’m about to battle a demon :smiling_imp:

From personal experience; go for a run or do something very physically exerting. Endorphins are your bottle of Busch N/A. Plus it will keep you occupied for a while.
You can push through!!

Play the tape to the end. Remind urself of why u quit in the first place  My most recent demon was crack cocaine, and I do understand how hard it is but take it 1 min at a time if u have to. It does get easier! Exercise worked great for me, as well as distraction. Id clean like mad or go outside and get some fresh air. Id tell my thinking to “F off!”. Literally! Id say it out loud! Whatever u gotta do to stay clean, do it!

Im fighting those demons too! 1 day at a time. I get cravings and triggers almost daily. Find a hobby something you didn’t do while skiing
