Im tired of being3 drinking. I have to put an end to this insanity

Hi, i know how tiring it is. Im with you. I just stoped, its been a few days and you can stop too… i was tired of drinking too, besides, even tired of moving my hand to reach the glass. My body was saying enough, i can’t move anymore, can’t feel my legs, stop stop!
I did stop and i know you can too…
