While you still think alcohol has something to offer, it will be hard to quit. Like it causes trouble, but it the only escape I have, or I embarrass myself but I can’t socialise without it, or whatever that tiny glimmer or attraction is. You have to truly believe that it has nothing to offer anymore. Some quit lit or podcasts might help you stamp out the last attachments to it.
