I just came upon this thread and am elated. I will certainly give the many suggestions a listen. When I’m working on things at work that involve thinking, reading, and writing (like 95% of my job), I can’t listen to music with words. Throws me off! Although Tchaikovsky and Chopin are soothing…needed to branch out.

This one’s relaxin. My head was spinning today. I went back to listen to some of the old post on here. Been listening to them all day. I’m pullin through.

I’m 176 days sober. I’ve only made it to 6 months a couple of times. I’m just tryna go beyond that. This is where I have failed and quit. But I have you guys now. TY much love.
