My iPhone did an update and I lost my tracker time. I tried to put in the date but it just takes me back to the welcome add addiction screen. I’m still here so I didn’t lose access to the community. Just my tracker part

That’s super weird. I wish I knew how to fix it but that’s never happened to me. I did create a thread a week or so ago about another iPhone bug, so maybe the moderators can merge the two? That way Robin could look at both issues.

It is weird. I tried adding it on the main screen that I took a picture of and went to the side bar to the manage option. It won’t update with either
Huh. Well hopefully someone smarter than me has a fix

Had you synced to the cloud prior? That would bring it back I think. Also, I don’t know if this is the case, but sometimes we need to scroll down and look for a Save button…maybe try that?

No, it not synced to the cloud. When I try to add in the sober date it has a check mark up top (doesn’t say save but I’m guessing it’s the save button) and it just takes me back to the welcome screen
This happened to me as well this morning. I did an iOS update yesterday but don’t think that had anything to do with it. At least I still have my profile!

It’s really messing with my head. I’m trying to not think about it because I’m sure it can be fixed. My first thought was if I’m losing my sober date I’ll do it the right way

I don’t use my tracker much but holy hell if I didn’t notice right away when I opened the app. I was worried more about my profile and posts being gone. Enjoy those 5 days off, BTW! Well deserved, my friend!

Yeah seriously, when TS disappeared and all of our accounts disappeared for a bit one day last summer I almost had a panic attack

In the app screen, the menu button in the upper left corner. Can you then sign into the app itself in settings and restore old settings?
Cloud sync, trying to remember if it’s a free or paid feature. But it backs up your app settings.
If you know your sober date, you can also just put it back in.

(Good time to remind folks that the app and site are free. But there’s some nice, one time purchase add-ons that are really nice and affordable! Including remove ads.
It supports the forum, and that few bucks actually does a lot more than a lifetime of seeing the ads.)
What version of iOS did you guys update too that caused it all to disappear? I recently updated mine (like, within the last week).
I’m wondering if my info didn’t disappear because I have the paid version.

Yeah I just checked my phone and it says I’m up to date so I guess I escaped the update unscathed.
