I was a binge drinker who was trying to “moderate” / quit for last 9yr…finally realised moderation is impossible.
430 days sober and life is better for it

I took that advice from the Big Book. I proved once again…. I am an alcoholic. I was advised to keep reading to find out what to do about it.
