Day 12 done didn’t really want to but what’s a minute and a half
Day 12. Form questionable…but I held it for 90 seconds.
Day 12 done… how is something so simple so intense!?!
pure torture, that’s what! day 12. done.
Wha…? This feels like high school chemistry class, and I’m in it with a bunch of high achievers, struggling my ass off, just trying to get out alive!
Day 10 complete! only one more day left before it starts getting really hard.
Worry not…I’m there with you…the struggle is real!!
Day 13 done! Cracked the 2 minute mark this morning! So much harder then I ever imagined it would be, but feels good!!
Ok, skipped yesterday but this morning I did 1 minute. I’ll do another later today, and then shoot for 1.5 min tomorrow!
We’re all in it together. Motivating each other.
Everyone is for sure at different fitness levels. And that’s okay. And it is 100% normal to struggle, we all do. Yet we keep at it. Building those muscles…body and mind. Proud of everyone!!!

I missed day 12 but did day 13. Was not my best day. (2:21). Need to focus tomorrow again. At this it is 50% done in the brain…
