Forgot to post yesterday. Wasn’t feeling it after my workout but pushed myself . Got in 2 min. Heading to the gym now for day 10.

Day 11: i did 3 mins. While doing it i was thinking of you @SassyRocks that this is achieved as a matter of your own will. I have to admit that i was very close to reach my ultimate limit…but interesting and lots of fun

Day 11 :heavy_check_mark: today was for sure a little tougher but made it through. I’m thinking of splitting the longer times up. Is that against the rules?

Day 10. Got it done n upped my time to almost 3 min. Thanks to reading @SassyRocks post about her daughter pushing herself n reaching her running goals. :confetti_ball::clap:t3:

Glad you also found it inspiring. She is pretty amazing. It was a fun family weekend, my husband joined her for the 10k, our other daughter joined her for the half marathon and our 5 year old grandson did his own mile.

Lost track, but, since I did interrupt my plank “routine” (Christmas Eve, Christmas etc. - I’m christian orthodox), I’m going to resume today from day 7.
