I’ve involved my girlfriend, my son, my daughter, my sister, my brother-in-law (who’s 300 lbs +), my nephew and my 69 year old mom all doing this as well.
My mom could only managed 6 seconds . I told her that 6 seconds is a great start. She’s determined to keep at it though!!
That is fantastic!! It is 100% customizable to what fits your own needs…like for your Mom, she can start with 6 seconds and build up to 10 and stay there all month or whatever works for her. The key is to keep going.
