Good morning. Had a really good sleep. 7:30am now. No hangover. Guilt free. Thats a good way to start the Saturday. Still have my eye half closed. Everybody is still sleeping. Maybe I will go back to sleep then too?

Heya didnāt sleep anymore but had coffee in bed and just relaxed. It was a good day today. Ran a lot of errands. In peace with Myself. Got rid of all the empty bottles. OMG. I felt so disgustedā¦ Finally a clean house. Now dinner. Made myself some cool water with lemon juice. My favourite. And kids to bed and myself too.

Love coffee in bed. Glad you had a good day and got rid of all the alcohol / the empties. What a cleansing feeling.
I did make myself some delicious gf pancakes for breakfast. Not feeling so great so taking it a bit easyā¦no real plans. I do hope to soak my hands and feet in warm epson salt and tey to do some seated yogaā¦just getting up from a nap so will be making some green tea.

Thanks - nothing serious just some health issues that are worse some days than others ā doing a bit better now and soaking my feet in warm epson salt.
What are you about to watch on Netflix now? Hope it helps get you to sleep.

Series 3 has just been released and the tea hasnāt really helped but I enjoyed it anyway . Hopefully Iāll drift off soon

Started the day with a run- i love it!
Havenāt seen that show. Maybe a good thing that you didnt like it - the show couldve kept you up longer. (Lol)
Nothing planned for today. Hoping to soend some time with my mom. Its 7:30 am now and i thinkni might lie down for a bit more
