Yep it’s balance. I ate a pack of timtams (caramel chocolate biscuits) last night. I reasoned calories burnt = calories gained :joy:

I really need to learn how to do the pushups properly. I struggle more with those than seems right :thinking:. But, day 6 :white_check_mark:

If you have trouble doing a full push up, you can do an easier variation on your knees?
You tube has heaps of tutorials that may help you out
