Sorry been silent. Trying to focus on cleaning and keeping myself busy. I have been doing ok. Day 16 and I have money in my wallet. Therapy is going ok, I did not buy the workbook yet. It’s quite expensive. I wonder if I can find an illegal PDF of it on Reddit or something. Anyways just trucking along slowly over here. Still super lonely, can’t seem to figure that one out yet.

It does take time . We are here for you and as you build strength in sobriety you will meet and make connections with others. Keep doing what you are doing…

There defo is a workbook pdf: I had it for a while. If you go to the online meetings you might be able to find somebody that could ping you it

Not as expensive as your addiction, don’t worry your not the only one. Us addicts would never consider our drug of choice as a waste of money but go to a meeting and have to put a £1 in the pot is like giving someone my kidney

Isn’t that the truth. I was laying out almost $40 a night on my drinking and now I freaking out about 10 bucks for a bag of coffee. Still wrong but funny! How never even blinked an eye to feed my demon

Hey all! I’m good thanks for reaching out. 23 days! Been a bit of a struggle but I’m hanging in there. I chose not to reset with the little fizzy alcoholic drink mistake, it just didn’t feel like it was a relapse. Hard to explain but makes sense to me.
I’ve been a bit absent just been pretty busy. Intentionally so! And yeah what everyone is saying about the financial aspect is so true!! I could spend so much money funding my addictions but when it comes to spending $5 I research and make sure I have the best deal haha!
