I have enjoyed an Indonesian dish using cucumber 
and peanut 
called ‘GADO GADO’
It is the only time l think the two food items should come together! (Just my opinion!
)

Your dish looks beautiful. Restaurant standard for sure.
With regards to getting going on to a new quit, dont beat yourself up for being in the starting blocks, you’ll probably just put more pressure on yourself. You have had clean days before, so you know you can do it.
I think for most of us we need a red flag, turning point or rock bottom.
Basically sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Today I heard a story about the coolest kid. An acquaintance of mine posted on IG that his kid is starting the third grade. Kid saw during orientation that there was a fridge in the classroom so he brought an entire jar of pickles for the first day.
