So I just hit my 2 week sober mark and my ankles have swollen pretty bad… Is this withdrawal related
Not sure, but the National Health Service, in the UK, has a page with explanations and advice about what to do:

Hey There… congratulations on your new sobriety!! The swelling is quite possibly a result of withdrawal. The body retains excess fluids because you no longer have the alcohol which normally dehydrates that fluid when your body is half pickled
I’m certainly no doctor but I would give your body time to adjust. I know my bathroom experience went from daily torture to a reliable quality time I now cherish. You will experience all sorts of changes, physically, mentally and spiritually. Enjoy the ride and be patient…. The miracle will happen ![]()

Not from my experience seek medical attention if you feel like you need to.
Welcome to TS I hope you are going to stick around out community it’s a awesome place for recovery. My favorite non in person community.
It’s more likely a kidney issue. Swollen ankles are a common symptom of a kidney problem. Certainly could be related to withdrawal but I’m not a doctor. Keep an eye on it and if it doesn’t get better in a few days, I’d probably see a doctor. Best of luck and welcome.
I would definitely contact your doctor, and let the know about this edema can have multiple causes, and it’s definitely something that should be addressed by a professional. Only thing I would suggest ATM is cutting back on your sodium intake.
