Day 12 doneā€¦ā€¦ fun factā€¦ I set my timer to do 65 seconds for the plankā€¦. And after a while I was shaking SO bad and it felt like eternity

I set my timer for 65 minutes not seconds ā€¦ so I did 2 minutes 3 seconds total before I noticed

I blame Siri for the confusion, she was supposed to listen better.

I needed a rest day yesterday! Did no workouts and just let the body rest, felt great. Day 11 abs and boat done today, will do my best to make up a day!
