Days 11 and 12 done.
Day 13 done leg raises still suck, but anyone else feeling a tiny bit stronger? No abs to report though
Day 13 done. I did in backwards today, like @Runningfree Jenn. So instead of the planks kicking my ass at the end, it was the crunches this time
Day 10 done!
Itās a good thing when you can change up whatās kicking your ass daily! Keeps life interesting
Day 11. This is not fun catching up
Day 13 done.
Finished day 13 earlierā¦ itās getting rough lol
Day 12 done!
Iām gonna drop out. With getting back into running (slowly) I have added in extra strength for my ankles and calves. Puts me at 3 full body workouts, 2 leg specific workouts, 3 runs a week, walking the dogs multiple days a week and yoga on the weekends. My plate is pretty full
Yāall keeping knocking it out of the park
Day 13 done. That was tough.
Day 14 doneā¦just
Day 13 done Work turned into a shitshow yesterday so didnāt have time for a workout or the wonderful ab challenge Maybe I will double up today or not!
This is really starting to suckā¦ lol day 14 done, but not with a smile. I am however grateful how these challenges have pushed me to get back into baby steps of working out. I used to run all the timeā¦ maybe eventually Iāll get back into that tooā¦ baby steps
I was already making post that Im taking a break today but I changed my mind.
Iām tired but those exercises are basically just chilling on the floor, relaxing. Lifting upper back a little, lifting legs, who would count itā¦ Who posted Savasana Yoga challenge last month? Wasnāt that you @Jasty2 ? Itās almost the same anyway. Lying down on the floor, lifting a bit here, lifting a bit thereā¦ SAID NO ONE EVER
Ps: I donāt wanna anymore, my abs are burning
Day 14 done.
Yeah that was me. Thatās my favorite one. I also do a mean, tree pose.
Day 14 done!!! I doubled down That will never happen again with this challenge!!!
Day 15 done Half way! I wish I could see my abs instead of feeling them hurting
Day 14 done and I say this without a single trace of sarcasm, those felt great. Honestly. I needed a challenge today.
Nope. Havenāt kept up. A work trip this week. Monday night was in a hotel room with a carpet that, er, did not move me to crunch.
The last 3 days have been long meetings, 15,000 steps/day, starting each day with 20 min yoga and grounding myself in my sweet little B and B, and saying no thank you to happy hour specials and yes please to soda water!
Will face Day 11 on the weekend. Or at least some of it. But proud of all of you go-getters!
