Day 3 done!! + 4K walk after I had a massive lunch with a friend! That 4K walk burnt approx 5% of the calories consumed, but it was well worth it!

1-3 done. I am already playing catch up but am hopeful in this one. I like abs more than arms. 45 seconds of boat pose done too.

So far, so good. I know it’ll become challenging toward the end of the month! I’ve been doing it for the past three nights and have enlisted whichever family members are around me when I do it.

After enjoying some good food this weekend back at it tonight. 45 minute Peloton ride, Day 3 ab and boat challenge done, continuing pushups and a good stretch session to end the night! Back to bootcamp at 5am tomorrow!
