Awesome bootcamp this morning, really good Peloton ride after work, Day 4 abs and boat challenge done and a rushed stretch. Kids were on their way over for our steak dinner, soooo good! Tired and full!

My circuit class this morning had way more crunches and leg raises included than day 5 asked for! I declare this day done
Same, Iāve just done every single move in my class so Iām counting it done too!
Iām not usually like this, I swear. Couldnāt do push-up challenge do to shoulder issue.
Now I cannot do this due to a hip/groin area issue. Been killing me last few days up till today. So Iām altering my workout to see if I can avoid retreading it again.
I think it originated from doing trunk rotation with 70lbs on cableā¦ imma avoid that for a week and then try with much lower weight, perhaps higher reps.
I canāt muck up my weight training.

Day 5 - did a virtual this morning, took doggos walking and did a cycle class. Spent the rest of the day chilling watching Wentworth
