Day 8 :white_check_mark::white_check_mark: Took a break from work. I did it backwards- plank, leg lifts and crunches. The crunches got hard, did 2 sets of 25

I was breathing like a dying dog, doing plank today. But I feel like I probably coulda repped out some more crutches

What a way to start the weekend! Great bootcamp this morning. Just had a meeting at work first thing in the AM and then took the rest of the day off. Great Peloton ride this afternoon, Day 8 abs and boat done. Split the crunches into two sets before and after the leg lifts, plank and boat. Nice stretch session and then an amazing dinner of baked salt n pepper wings. Exhausted, full and feeling good about this week’s work. Time for a nice fire, a little tv and then my comfy bed!

Day 9 done… I did a set of crunches, then a set of leg lifts, the full plank time, then second set of crunches and second set of leg lifts. Felt much easier today…

Almost forgot to post, Day 9 done after bootcamp and before my 45 minute Peloton ride. Getting hard already!

Day 10 done, yoga done. Kettles later.
I’m mixing classic crunches with side crunches. Abs exercises are so booooring… Don’t get me wrong, not saying it’s easy. It’s just boring.

Day 10 done! :white_check_mark: the reps keep adding up… it’s not that fast ‘n easy anymore! In fact I’ve split the crunches and leg raises in 2 sets. + 7K walk in the morning! :muscle:t2:
