I ABsolutely (never gets old) did not want to do these tonight so I did day 6 and my boat pose while the oven preheated for a pizza.
Day 6 done. Leg raises are harder than I anticipated.
Just got a huge burst of motivation from this!

Iām doing a step challenge with friends with a goal of 12,000 per day. Tonight I came up short at 9,000 and didnāt push for a workout but did complete my ab stuff, even though I didnāt want to.
Now, pie.

Sadly Iām out again
Looks like I didnāt take the time to recover in February from the flare up of my ongoing health problems. And now Iām exactly where I was weeks ago: pain, fever, antibiotics! Again I had to cancel all my upcoming gym classes. Again I will spend days in bed or on the sofa.

Day 7 done while my coffee was brewing, I did break the crunches into sets.
Day 8 done after coffee was brewed. I like this one. My stomach aches and I like it, it feels like things are changing.

Assuming I hold up physically, the mental drudgery of this is going to be very difficult at the end of the month when the reps are large.
Iāve been working on my Spanish counting while doing this.
