Lol I did read that. I love that thread. It’s like our very own Siskel & Ebert TS style
Kirsten Dunst is married to her costar in real life. Not Cumberbatch.
Jesse Plemons? My wife is googling it now.
Cool we didn’t know that. Always love seeing him since we remember him from Friday Night Lights.
I’m not sure you want to follow my pattern.
I’m up to bed at around 8:30. I try to read each night but lately I’ve been staying on my phone. But it’s lights out between 9-9:30.
I’m a sleeper!!
Sunday night.
Another movie night.
Screens off at 12:15. No screens to bed. Lights out 12:35 ish
Last night. Screens of about 10:20 ish.
Bed to meditate 10:30 ish.
Night 15.
Screens off about 10:25.
Bed with no screens lights out 10:45.
Only woke up once to pee. Sorry tmi. Woke at 6:30.
This is the sweet spot I’m looking for.
Asleep 11:37 Monday night
Asleep 1:17 Tuesday night.
Both are Progress for me. This is a very sensitive subject for me.
I only slept 4 hours the night I was asleep by 11:37 waking up two hours earlier than I needed too.
We go forward.
Screens off 10:30 again last night.
I think that’s my sweet spot. Bed and asleep before 11pm. Only got up once at 3:30. Up at 6:45. Perfect. For me anyway.
Lights out a little late last night.
I was doing my thing on here. And it wasn’t just memes. So lights out at 11:15
Screens off at 11:04
Only got up once. Up at 6.
Life is good.
Screens of 11:40?
Lights out before midnight.
A good 7 hours. Only up once.
Screens off late again. But not in bed with them.
11:40 ish?
Screens off 11:35.
No screens in the bedroom
Meditation and sleep before midnight.
Oh gosh. I forgot to post.
I was pretty tired 2 nights ago. 11:30ish.
Last night was 12:30 am. But it was a fun movie night.
I’m getting use to no screens in the bedroom. And when I go to bed it’s prayers, lights out, and meditation. So I’m winning. No screens in bed. Regardless of what time.
Last night
February 28
Screens off at 10:15
Lights out around 10:40
Slept through the whole night
Glad it’s over. I think I’ll continue no screens to bed.
And deep breathing meditations before sleep.
