Anyone have any favorites? I’m looking to purchase one and make it a part of my daily routine and reflection.
Don’t mind God talk, but would prefer to steer away from strong religious based ones.

I do the Language of Letting Go app - it’s like $6 and pops up on my phone every morning. I have posted some here so you can get a sample. It’s 12 step based, with a strong angle on codependency and letting go.

I saw that one and it looked good! I’m probably going to purchase the paperback version so I have a reason to put down my phone. It’s already hard enough.
The AA Daily Reflections. I’m about to wrap up my last daily and move on to this classic, gifted from another member.
Many fellowships sell the paperback.
I also have been doing the 10 minute daily Calm (app) meditations. That’s kind of spendy for a subscription, but for meditation it’s nice & easy.
