March Workout Challenge 🏋🏻‍♀️

Well done! I didn’t do yesterday, but instead I did approx 5000 steps looking for a fucking washing machine… my kitchen furniture is very low (lower than standard) and finding a suitable washer is harder than any workout challenge! :exploding_head:

You did a whole extra set of sit-ups!!
I did 29 sit-ups, 8 push-ups, 29 squats, 25 sit-ups, 8 push-ups, 25 squats and the plank. My math is weird but it works :woman_shrugging:t2:

These situps are getting seriously annoying! But day 24 in the books…

Day 25 :ballot_box_with_check:- lunch break. 2 sets and still have my plank at a min 20. Gonna increase it in a few days

Day 25 done. Skipped yesterday due to exhaustion from my bike ride. Rode again today but managed to get the work done. Before dinner is usually a good time for me.

By the way; I found this while looking for a workout challenge, and I’ve kept a screen shot of it, and I’ll try to add it to my daily routine in April! I love the idea of a 30-day self improvement challenge! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Day 26 done! I actually already did it this afternoon, but I forgot to post. I just came back from dinner with some friends, and I ate approx 5 times the calories of what I burned today…. :woman_facepalming:t3:

Hi Jenny! That’s great news! I really have to focus on my diet! I’ve been off booze for almost 5 months. It’s time to stop eating chocolate in excess, and use the fact that I’m not drinking as an excuse! :roll_eyes:
