I saw this thread yesterday so I printed off the challenge and got to it! I likely won’t check in every day but days 1&2 are done with some other exercises mixed in too. Thanks for the motivation! :heart:

I know It’s early in the challenge but I’m skipping today. :cry: I started and am having the worst cramps and a headache from hell. I even called off work. Just planning on being a bum in bed with the doggos watching reality tv.

Day 5 done, along with a stretch routine and a 5k. I am reminded today that my stretching needs to be consistent, a daily thing, and not just before runs.
