I saw this thread yesterday so I printed off the challenge and got to it! I likely won’t check in every day but days 1&2 are done with some other exercises mixed in too. Thanks for the motivation!
Day 3 done.
Day 3 done! + a 5K walk after finishing my home office day. Needed the fresh air!
I know It’s early in the challenge but I’m skipping today. I started and am having the worst cramps and a headache from hell. I even called off work. Just planning on being a bum in bed with the doggos watching reality tv.
