March Workout Challenge 🏋🏻‍♀️

I skipped yesterday, and today im somehow on the lazy side, still debating if I should do my workout… :persevere: its 8:00 pm already, so I should really make up my mind!

Struggling with consistency over here also! I aggravated my Achilles injury on the run earlier in the week, and this weekend was about recovery (or being lazy while having to muddle through a software upgrade at work that went sideways and took two days instead of a half day). I’m back into the gym this evening, so stay tuned!

Do listen to your body and do take steps to help with motivation. Sometimes I say I will only do a few minutes… sometimes I only get those few minutes and sometimes the few minutes turn into a whole lot more.
