I was working at home today, and the last few piles finally slid off the steel roof. That’s a big rumbling sound then a WHOOMP when it hits the ground.

Day 17 Lunch break again. Increased plank to 1 min 10 secs since I see we will be doing a min and a half at the end

I’m lazy today, I got home late from work, and now I’m not in the mood for sit ups and squats… I’m skipping today, and hopefully tomorrow I’ll be in a better mood!
I’m glad I got it done on lunch. I’m mentally spent now. I was gonna hit a virtual after work but I’m gonna just call it a lazy rest of the day and hit the couch
I usually have lunch with a colleague, so that’s not really an option. They already consider I’m weird because I don’t drink anymore, if I start doing sit-ups in the canteen, things are only gonna get worse!
Before work from home and when I worked in the building. I had a pull-up bar in our copier room I still haven’t mastered them but I was trying. I would just hang from the bar. My boss would walk by and be like just hanging around today huh. Lol
I would meditate or do yoga in another room by the copy room. I’ve worked here for 8 years now. They were use to my weirdness so when I started fitness and all of that they were just like whatever
That’s actually quite cool! Why not?
If I’d try at work, they would certainly make fun of me!
I’ve been sleeping poorly of late, so I’ll take a rest day today and make it up later. I’m going on vacation next week, heading to Florida for R&R.

Day 18 done! today I left work on time, finally! And went to the gym!
I need a rest day. I’ll pick up tomorrow and not take the next rest day.
Day 18 done, it was a struggle to get started.

Today the abs cost me. but day 18 completed.
Day 18- done as a warmup for a run. But I wasn’t feeling the run so I only went a mile
Day 20 done. Happy that I am still in. Usually I lose interest half way besides my usual workout. This is a good mix of not toooooooooo challenging tasks for me.
