Just had to do 1 2 and day3 in a row as was ill till today. On track now though!
Day 3 done! I made a short break after 1 min!
Day 3 done. Did day 2 but had to do that late last night because I fell asleep lol.

Day 4 done! Today I did a Body Combat at the gym, and one of the songs was basically just lunges, squats and kicks, so I consider day 4 done! Did way more than 22 reps x 3!

Today I’m lazy! I’ll catch up tomorrow! Tomorrow it’ll be push ups, plank and spinning session!
I’m going on a 5km run, then hit the gym… i’ll catch up on day 5&6 tomorrow 😮💨

Whew just getting caught back up! Skipped a day unfortunately! But today was a heavy gym day.
Day 7 done and i got another workout done that even included 25 burpees. It feels good to get on going after 2 weeks. Slowly getting better.
It’s good to read you’re feeling better! 25 burpees, for me that’s a lot! But that made me curious, so I googled a bit. Check this record out when it comes to a lot of burpees;

Day 8 done! same series as last time. I guess I should increase a bit, but push-ups are not my favorite!
Day 9 done! with one 5 secs stop though, I can’t hold the plank correctly for 2 min without a break…
That plank nearly killed me !
Next time I have a craving I’m gonna do a plank. Impossible to think about anything except the pain
