I found sth yesterday and I guess I won’t join this. I struggle to do anything atm.
Thank you for the invite!! I am enjoying running, yin yoga and gardening these days. Happy to have put my lunging and push up career behind me for now. I do some hand weight strength training when the mood strikes (not as often as I would like, but satisfying when I do). I continue to be grateful for running…clears my mind and body. Thanks for thinking of me and enjoy!!!

I am sooo in! I already hit the gym at least 4 times a week but I have been hoping to put a spin on my workout and change it up. Thank you for posting this! Woo hoo! GO May!

I’m down! I petered out on the April one, had to sort things out in the brain department with being early into sobriety etc. I’ve done it though, and been able to get back on my consistency game for the last week and a half. Definitely down to try this out and have it downloaded ready to go!
Excellent Marianna! I don’t know how many challenges I started on this app, and dropped out after a few days or weeks. At some point you’ll just stick to it!

I did day 1 on my murph calendar which was a stretch video. I’m working off of this calendar and the videos for different days are on YouTube.

Day 2 done! Did chest push-ups on my knees; 20 • 12 • 10 reps
Day 2 done. Jesus, the little 20 sec rest were killing me. Not fit.
