May workout challenge

Day 8 and 9 done. In think the charm is that I don’t care how many pushups I did I the last turn and do as much as I can now.

My gosh, almost day 10 already over here. Sorry that I have been MIA for a few days. My crazy life! Family came in, emergency vet visits (twice), mothers day…whew. I missed yesterday but back on it!

Just think, we have 4 min planks coming up soon. Oh my gosh…just the thought!

For these durations I search for songs in that length. That keeps me distracted.

Day 11 done! I did a body pump, and one of the songs (from Moby by the way) was just push ups, far more than I could actually take… I had to make short breaks a few times! :sweat_smile:

Day 11 done although pushups after dinner is not the best timing. Who would have known. :crazy_face:

Day 14 done. I somehow like this challenge. I can totally adapt it to my daily possibilities. For example i use weights for my lunges.
