I like the first one, instead of reps it’s for time! Let’s do a change! I have an app called “Smartwod Timer”, where to u can set up e.g. 4 rounds of x minutes with a break of x seconds. You just focus on the exercises and the beeps, you don’t have to check the stop watch!

Day 24 done. My workout app is connected to Spotify and I have to admit that music is lifting my motivation a lot. I would never find these songs as my music memory is awful.
I loved Les Mills workout mostly for the perfect music and workout combination. I did it in Strasbourg.

Sorry, I have been off the grid, I have been dealing with a really sick kitty. He is getting better day by day and I am still hitting the gym but fell off the daily challenge.

Hiking with my brother and perfect weather. Normally I’d have to start my hellweek today but I think I’ll postpone to tomorrow.
