Day 28 done! Just the lunges though, nothing more!
Day 29 done. Cyclewise I am not fit today. But done is done.
Day 30 done. Finished. I am proud. Day 3 of my hell week done as well. As I am waiting for cycle to start this is really a bad timing.
Just finished the water module in my teacher training as well. So I am pretty relieved tonight.
Well done! You should be very proud of yourself! I finally skipped 5 days or so… so not too good. But those 5 minutes plank today! They were never ending! I didn’t do the plank in one go, as you can imagine… June, here we come!

I had a nice song on, still it was eternal and never ending! I’ve seen with the June one we have 2 minutes burpees and stuff like that. That’s also gonna be Interesting
