You can do whatever you like they are just ideas. I know for me its easier to have a guide to follow.

Do you have something in mind?

I usually fail miserably with challenges. This one seems doable though. I’ll give it a go. Looking for a morning meditation now.

Ya. But I don’t have a nice calendar like you do. And it’s a little more on the weeny side.

It’s kind of a medium of all 3 of the others. It suits me nicely.

This is soo great! I’ve tried some…my favorite is the ritualizing my routine. I usually do this with doing dishes or showering, walking, or even cleaning the mirrors etc. My chores become much more meaningful

I am in on this in some way, shape or form, need it so bad and hopefully it will get me to bed earlier on the other thread! Take care, all.

Day 1 complete :white_check_mark:
Tried a 10 min Energy meditation off of my Balance App. 1st time trying it. Incredible feeling… I got goosebumps from doing it. Never thot of incorporating very small and light movements in meditation. New to me  but it really made me in tune with my body and how it moves. Definitly gave me a slight burst of
energy

Day 1 complete

I went for 10 minutes this evening and it was not attainable. Scaled it back to 5 minutes which worked fine. I can absolutely see a massive difference in being able to clear my mind when my mind is already clear ( hahahahah crack myself up see Eric’s meme… Meme Wars 64 No Politics Please - #2222 by Dazercat ) in the mornings vs trying to keep it clear with monkey mind in the evening.
