Just curious but will there be a meditation for March? I didn’t do well for Feb lol but want motivation for March

Personally I like just being accountable on here and not making it a “Challenge.” Per say. I feel that puts too much pressure on me to make sure I do it. I feel like I’m doing it more now and enjoy just posting about it. But I do understand is “challenge” is good to get people structure and get them started off on the right foot.
Ur right Eric… I do agree with this. Maybe I can just post on the meditation thread when I do it. I definitly try to make it a habit as I’ve heard the more u do it, the greater the benefits. And I really enjoy meditation I will just focus on setting aside time each day for some quiet meditation. Hope ur doing well Eric

Meditation is a great habit to develop. Even if it’s just a 2 or 5 minute attitude adjustment. It works!

20 min living room recliner guided meditation. Was decent, took me a bit to come out if it.
Now I am going to do a body scan before bed.

five minute body scan, it was nice. you all inspired me to try one it had been a while since i did a body scan. followed it with a ten minute seven chakras, never done a chakra before, really,really liked it, worked well for me envisioning the colors and focussing on the different areas … nice to learn and try something new. Namastae
