Oh I forgot to log yesterday. I did a long…sunrise meditation. Probably about 30 mins.
Day 22 last night
8 minutes before bed. And I heard the gong go off when I was done.
No matter how long I set my timer it always takes half the time to quiet my mind. So I feel like I only got 4 quality minutes. But I did get 7 quality hours of sleep after. So I’m calling it a win.
2nd body scan. Timing was perfect, chime went off just as finishing body scan. 🧘♂:raised_hands:
made it halway through a ten minute guided while laying down, switched to a different ten minute guided and got half way through Lol … so two, five minute sessions completed tonight

I finally realized I need to do my prayers first
I mean how ridiculous, not doing my prayers first. Then deep breathing meditation.
I was doing my bedtime meditation before prayers. Such an easy little shift.
layed down to a 7 mins guided for stress, it was good
I did a 13 min something mediation last night before sleep (cant remember the name of it). hahahah
Now im going to do an " Inner rhythm" meditation. 13 mins as well.

Five mins sitting guided for love. After taking some time to listen to and support my housemate who is all worked up (it can get me worked up to, I am also a caring human) about the world news, I need some loving thoughts and feelings. Speaking of… I love you guys. Namastae
edit … having read the posts on this thread, I concur, the earlier in the day meditations are … Idk easier to get “into”

I did a terrible 20 mins breathing meditation last night. I am having a brutal pain flare-up and it’s hard to meditate when I feel like this. I will keep trying.
about four mins seated, mantra, breathing, accompanied by some random you tube sleep meditation sounds playing. Now i will continue to listen to it and try to sleep. Namastae

Last night, or it was this morning because I was up so late, 9 minutes deep breathing before bed.
2nd sit strong back sensations, ouch. Pushed through but had to lie down as recovery after.
