Started my day with this.
Did this as a morning meditation like it says. Quite different when you’re conscious for the whole thing. I don’t usually like working so much on my breathing when I do a meditation but found this one pretty good. Especially the ending. Just for today.
Didn’t feel like being told what to do this morning. Figured out the timer. Again. Almost. Got in a lovely 8 minutes even cried at the beginning. I love the harp.
Still working on setting the timer and bell interval during my meditation.
I actually found myself doing my own affirmations near the end. WTF?
So cool Eric, I downloaded a new app called Prana Breath that I have been using the Insight Timer with. They work well together…
My youngest sponsee just called me in heightened emotion and guess what i suggested she do???

Did another 7 minutes plus.
I guess I figured out the “Ambient Sound,” my harp. Doesn’t stop after 7 minutes. .
So for tomorrow I change the ending gong to the Wood Block. I “should” be able to notice the difference.
It was cool with all the fierce blowing wind and rain this morning. And I had to work on letting go. Or more surrender. I likened the fierce weather to what’s continuing on in my life and just kept a mantra going of, “Let It Go

I did it again last night. He has a very nice voice to fall asleep to, i think I might use it for a while.

Did this on the plane. Made it through without sleeping.
Then had to do another one.
I needed that brain bliss.
Unfortunately she said to be in a quiet place where I wouldn’t be disturbed. It was a challenge I accepted. As disturbed as it was I made it through it quite well. It will be nice to try the second one properly.
I love to fall asleep to Kenneth Soares! I need a long meditation (60+ mins) so i dont get woken up at the end of the meditation but heck im out in under 20 following these guided meditations.
Did this one last night.
I didn’t think I was going to like his voice at first. But he won me over rather quickly.

I just searched “escape,” before bed last night and did this one. It was kind of cool. I liked it.
But I was still awake but relaxed.
So I did this one again.

It worked a little too good. I got up at 6am did my wake up morning thing meds and water and hotel room espresso. I was headed down to the lobby for lobby coffee and it’s only 3:30 am. I thought it said 6 am . So I’m fucking wide awake now at 3:30. I’m a fucking mess Might as well be the first to wish you and happy congratulatory 300 days.
