I didn’t think I was going to like his voice at first. But he won me over rather quickly.

I just searched “escape,” before bed last night and did this one. It was kind of cool. I liked it.

But I was still awake but relaxed.
So I did this one again.

It worked a little too good. :grimacing: I got up at 6am did my wake up morning thing meds and water and hotel room espresso. I was headed down to the lobby for lobby coffee and it’s only 3:30 am. :grimacing::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: I thought it said 6 am :grimacing::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:. So I’m fucking wide awake now at 3:30. I’m a fucking mess Might as well be the first to wish you and happy congratulatory 300 days. :clap::clap::clap: :hugs::hugs::hugs:

Nice. I sat with this when my friend had quadruple bypass surgery a little over a month ago. I thought it was perfect. I’m praying for your friend @Its_me_Stella .

I have to do it again. My husband came home around the 3 minute mark, dropped the key rack , and now my son is in my face asking me about the Playstation 4 :roll_eyes:

I’m going to attempt the 30 day meditation Challenge option one. Meditation is something I’ve never tried to commit to Ive taken some breathes in and out here and there but I’m going to do this 30 day meditation challenge. Time to try something different.

Meditation starts at 4 minutes something.
Joyned the Yin classes with mat a lot already.
Love his voice and that he has knowledge by own experiences. :pray:t2::black_heart::panda_face:

This podcast has help me so much in both my recoveries. I have not listened to this podcast yet. I meditate regularly. It might be very helpful. Now that I found it I’ll probably listen to it.

By the way it’s an Al-Anonish type podcast. But they are very much into the 12 steps and everything recovery.
