30 minutes on the floor
Finished mantra and body scan and still had 5 minures left that is when the work began. My leg fell asleep and back not too bad today.

I missed posting yesterday because I fell asleep during the meditation. I have to make it a point to do it earlier.
day 7 and 8 done. not my best sessions but that’s ok. did the breathing, mantra and a 15 minute guided that i dont know how i got through as i dont remember any of it my mind was not being kind towards me or anyone, but at least I tried. think i may try a self love one again now. Namastae

I tried something called Tonglen.
For those who don’t know…
Tonglen is an ancient form of meditation that focuses on compassion: connecting with it, developing it, and learning how to apply it in everyday life . The practice centers on imagining that as we exhale, we are sharing the light of well-being and its causes with everyone who needs it.

day 10, option one, two minutes, going to do it now
Day 8 second time at 5 minutes before bed
Day 9, 2 @ 5 minutes before bed. First one wasn’t good enough.
I’m sure tonight day 10 I’ll do at least 1 5 minute
Unless I need a second.
Ouch, I felt that.
Settling in for an evening thingy now, i will post time tomorrow morning.
