Welp, I did a thing.

I took the jump and signed up for the first module of Pranayama teacher training. After this course I will have enough hours to teach classes and 1:1.

Let go, let source, god, the divine, the universe, Self, lead the way. One step at a time.

I started this 40day Mindfulness Daily course with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. It‘s about 10min per session. I really enjoy it.

Lately I have been meditating to fall asleep and in the AM I am working thru a class on the law of attraction. Sometimes I fall asleep on that one too. :joy:

Highly recommend Insight Timer app. A few of us are on there.

It’s day five for me I think. I missed one day which I knew would happen sooner or later. But this is something I want to make a habit so I just pick up where I left off.

Did Insight Timer change? I just noticed I don’t get notifications as before and the meditating with now feature seems to be gone.
