Day 13 2 six minute breathing meditations before sleep bed.
Day 14 2 six minute breathing meditations before sleep in bed.
Day 13 and 14 I did 15 mins before bed.
Just finished a guided mediation. Was feeling anxious for some reason (doesn’t seem to be craving related etc). Still struggling to breathe thru my nose abit. But I did 10 min of mainly an awareness (smell and sight) meditation. Obviously sensing smell was abit hard for me but the sight awareness was cool! Noticing shadows and light sources in the room. Noticing objects more. It was quite neat!

Lunar Energy Meditation
15 mins outside under the beautiful bright full moon.

I literally did the same thing tonight !! No matter how many times I take in the light from the moon im ALWAYS in awe of just how bright it is

Only needed 1 six minute in bed before bed with a cat butt on my neck . Not sure if I’m doing this right. But I’m trying.

Day 16 Last night. 7 minutes. Deep breathing before bed. Fell asleep. Didn’t make it 7 minutes

I sleep so much better these days, I don’t know if the meditation before bed has anything to do with this…
