Couldn’t stay awake for the whole thing. But got most of it.

I really enjoy using the sound baths, or singing bowls during mediatation. At first I thought that it was impeeding my ability to stay in a silent meditation but I dont think that is the case anymore.

I’ve been doing 1 too many minutes This week. I can’t keep track of my own challenge that I keep changing.
Day 21 1/2 hr Body scan and mantras. It was more comfy on the sofa today, but was silent 🧘♂:raised_hands:
I did this last night it was good.
Today I did a 30 min “spirit animal” one for fun… it was a bit intense. I ended up with tears running down my face. It took me back to adolescent me and then child me and brought out the spirit animals for all stages.
Anyways… I am going back to basics tonight.
I am on the best schedule… everyday/whatever I want.
five mins guided to release the anger, frustration, resentment … just searching for it and trying helped a bit, admitting it again to y’all helps a bit too. the self expectations keep creeping back in and at times it gets annoying, why won’t this stuff just stay fixed Lol
1/2 hr Body scan this early morning. Leg fell asleep. It was nice in the stillness and trying to still the mind by focusing on the parts of the body. Back held up okay : )
